Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping of $12.95, within the continental United States, for all parts and accessories, except for close-out items, Free UPS or FedEx ground shipping for DPF and DOCs within the continental United States. Other shipping options, including over-night, available at checkout.
General Return Policy
If you ordered an item in error and repurchase the correct item from us, we will refund the total cost of your retuned item less shipping as long as it meets the conditions set forth below.
Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date to be eligible for a refund, however a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Before returning items, please call our office for an RA (return authorization) number and return shipping label. If you provide your own shipping it is highly recommended that you use a trackable service and purchase insurance to cover the cost of the item if lost in transit.
All items, except gaskets, must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, unused condition. DPF and DOCs must be returned in the original shipping package. DPF and DOCs in addition to not being used or installed must be free of grease and soot on the can or substate. Any DPF or DOC that we must run through our cleaning process can only be resold as “used” and the refund will be reduced to 50% of the original cost.
Refund payments will be processed in the form of the original payment method or store credit, your choice.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns from OE dealers.
Non-Returnable Items
- Closeout and Special-order items are not eligible for return.
- NOx Sensors that have been removed from their antistatic bag
- EGT sensors that have been removed from their plastic bag but unused will receive a 50% credit
Once we receive your return item we will inspect and process the credit in a timely matter. We will notify you if there are any issues with your item.
We don’t like returns any more than you do. If you are unsure of a part, please give us a call. For DPF and DOCs it is best to get the part number off the original part.
