If our product is determined to have a Warrantable Failure, we shall repair, replace or refund such defective product in our sole discretion. If our product is also determined to be the primary cause of damage to the engine or component, we will reimburse reasonable costs to repair or replace, whichever is less, such damage. This limited warranty is made to all owners and is transferable to all subsequent owners.
