Shipping
All our DPF and DOCs include free FedEx ground shipping within the Continental USA; overnight delivery is available at checkout. Many of our parts, including Nox sensors and DEF pumps, include free ground shipping within the Continental USA also. Overnight delivery is available at checkout. Items without free shipping ship with discounted UPS shipping. We do not use shipping as a profit center, items without free shipping ship with discounted UPS shipping.
If you have any questions about the fitment of the parts you are ordering, please contact and provide your vehicle’s complete Vin number – Your Dealer may not have provided you with the correct OEM number.
General Return Policy
Please call or email us for a Return Authorization number before you return the item. To be eligible for a refund items must be new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Only items returned within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date will be eligible for a refund, shipping charges are not refundable. To help recover some of our costs, credit card fees, manufacturer’s fees, free shipping cost, repackaging, excreta, there will be a minimum of 15% return fee.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong part from us and reorder the correct one from us, the return fee will be waived, you will only be responsible for return shipping, and a credit card recover fee of 3.5% to 4.6% depending upon the original payment method. Yes, we get charged for every transaction processed with a credit card INCLUDING a return fee charge.
Returns will be processed and inspected within 7 days the item is received. As stated previously, a minimum of %15 return fee will be accessed but based on the condition of the item(s) additional fees could be accessed and deducted from your refund. You will be notified of any excessive damage or if the item was returned in unusable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card as the original purchase, after the item is returned and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
DPF/DOC Returns
In addition to the conditions described in the General Return Policy, DPF and DOCs must be free of grease and soot on the substrate surface to be eligible for a refund. We cannot resell, as new, any DPF or DOC that must go through the cleaning process.
We do not accept returns from OE truck dealers or resale customers.
Electronic Items and Sensors
To ensure the integrity of electronic items, including sensors, we are unable to accept returns of these items once they have been purchased and opened. If you are unsure of the fit send us your vehicle’s Vin number, you cannot always trust the number your dealer may have given you.
Cancelations of Orders before being shipped
If you cancel your order for any reason (aside from our own error) we may charge a fee to offset the credit card processing fees that we incur. The fee amounts depend upon the original payment method used with the original purchase and can range from 4.5% to 5.5%.
Orders Canceled by Us or California orders
If you order an item that is not legal for shipment to California, we will contact you and cancel your order. Items not legal for sale in California are clearly indicated in the product description and include but are not limited to all manufacture’s aftermarket DPF and DOCs.
